About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized and strategic Senior Program Manager to oversee the execution of paid media programs across key channels including Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and Influencer Marketing. In this role, you’ll serve as a central point of coordination between cross-functional teams—Marketing, Engineering, and Analytics—and external media partners to ensure our brand is effectively represented on platforms like Meta, YouTube, Pinterest, TikTok, and other social commerce sites.

You’ll lead the strategy and delivery of high-impact initiatives, bringing clarity to complex projects, fostering alignment across teams, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and at scale. Your operational expertise and strong communication skills will be essential to driving success across our paid media landscape.

About the Team

This position is part of the broader Growth Marketing organization—a team focused on enabling successful execution through strategic planning and operational excellence. We support key marketing initiatives by prioritizing goals, streamlining processes, and improving cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead strategic roadmaps for global paid media initiatives that align with broader business objectives.

  • Build and manage detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across internal teams and external agencies to align on campaign priorities.

  • Navigate trade-offs, manage interdependencies, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.

  • Oversee the operational rhythm of programs, including setting meeting agendas, capturing key decisions, and distributing clear documentation.

  • Ensure cohesive execution across channels to deliver a consistent and seamless customer experience.

  • Define governance structures using RACIs, calendars, reference documentation, and program dashboards.

  • Identify bottlenecks and work across teams to resolve blockers and maintain momentum.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.

  • Provide strategic guidance and insights to leadership, contributing to a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in performance marketing or program management, with hands-on knowledge of Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, or Influencer channels.

  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives in dynamic environments.

  • Deep experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike, Jira, Smartsheet, Airtable, Asana, Basecamp, or Trello.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality.

  • Strategic thinker with strong business judgment and a proven ability to drive clarity in ambiguous situations.

  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to distill complex information for a wide range of audiences.

  • Passion for marketing operations and continuous process improvement.

  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Slack.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.

Why Join Us?

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, execution, and innovation. You’ll have the opportunity to lead initiatives that shape how we engage with audiences across digital platforms. If you're a collaborative leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing structure to complexity, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote, work from home position. This role is to be filled outside the states of California and Colorado.
