About the Role

We’re seeking a Product Manager who blends analytical thinking with curiosity and strong ownership. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional product initiatives—from idea through launch—while managing backlogs, prioritizing work, and driving delivery.

You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, and key stakeholders to bring structure, clarity, and creativity to the product development process. This role is well-suited for someone who thrives in an autonomous environment, communicates proactively, and enjoys turning user insights into scalable, high-impact solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Own and maintain the engineering backlog by gathering bugs and feature requests, identifying trends, and prioritizing work

  • Partner with Client Services and Account Management on escalations and priority-setting

  • Manage sprint scope changes and ensure delivery alignment

  • Gather and document requirements from clients and internal stakeholders

  • Apply appropriate discovery methods to assess value, usability, feasibility, and business impact

  • Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and guide product direction accordingly

  • Collaborate closely with UX designers to explore user needs, personas, and workflows

  • Lead solution design discussions with designers, developers, and technical teams

  • Plan sprints, define milestones, and maintain alignment across stakeholders and engineering

  • Build and maintain quarterly and annual product roadmaps

  • Define and champion a clear product vision—while knowing when to adapt it

  • Facilitate daily scrums and work closely with developers to ensure timely delivery

  • Keep stakeholders informed through frequent demos, updates, and feedback loops

  • Lead UAT efforts and involve testers, stakeholders, and early adopters to validate features

  • Enable Sales and Client Services through documentation, training, and demo support

  • Partner with marketing and communications teams on rollout and beta plans

  • Define and track adoption, usage, and success metrics; report on progress quarterly

You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Have
  • 3+ consecutive years of experience in Product Management

  • 3+ consecutive years of experience at a SaaS company

  • Strong pod leadership skills with a hands-on, proactive approach

  • Deep customer empathy and understanding of user pain points and motivations

  • Comfort working with both qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions

  • Strong business acumen and ability to balance stakeholder needs and constraints

  • Solid awareness of market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics

What Success Looks Like
  • You become the internal product expert and a trusted voice on product direction and market needs

  • Your pod operates as a high-functioning, efficient team with clear priorities and strong morale

  • Roadmaps are grounded in data, discovery, and customer insights—not guesswork

  • Stakeholders feel informed, heard, and confident in delivery progress

  • Features launch successfully and drive real adoption by solving validated customer problems

Why You’ll Love Working Here
  • 10 days of PTO in your first year

  • 8 company-paid holidays (office closed)

  • 2 floating holidays

  • Subsidized medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match

  • Pre-tax commuter benefits

  • Flexible work arrangements

  • Casual dress code

  • Referral bonuses

  • Employee assistance fund

  • Paid parental leave

  • Paid jury duty and bereavement leave

  • Tenure-based rewards

  • Company bonus pool

  • HSA and FSA options
