Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management - best practices, standards, governance, and tool implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test scripts to validate the functionality and integration of the IGA solution.
- Execute test scripts and manage the user acceptance testing (UAT) process, ensuring the solution meets requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to onboard applications and configure the IGA tool to generate reports and support certification campaigns.
- Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Run documents.
- Develop templates, intake forms, and other accelerators to facilitate application onboarding and system configuration.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide support for end-to-end testing and validation of the IGA solution.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with identity management platform implementation, with a strong focus on testing and validation.
- 1+ years' experience in implementing IGA solutions, including application onboarding, tool configuration, and comprehensive testing.
- Proven track record in creating test plans, designing test scripts, and managing the user acceptance testing process.
