Team: Wealth Management Technology – Data Integration
About the Role
We are hiring a technical Business Analyst with a passion for data integration, third-party system connectivity , and data mapping . In this role, you'll lead initiatives that integrate external data providers and platforms into our proprietary wealth management application, ensuring clean, consistent, and reliable data pipelines.
You’ll work closely with solution architects, data engineers, and vendor teams to map and manage complex data structures across systems, ensuring seamless user and application experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Define data mapping and transformation rules between internal systems and external data providers (e.g., custodians, fund administrators, market data sources).

Collaborate with technical teams to develop integration workflows (APIs, file transfers, etc.).

Maintain data dictionaries, mapping documents, and interface specifications.

Partner with QA and dev teams to validate data accuracy and completeness through testing cycles.

Track data quality metrics and escalate integration issues proactively.
Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a data-focused Business Analyst or Integration Analyst role.

Experience working with third-party data providers or SaaS integration in financial services.

Strong skills in data mapping, interface design, and documentation.

Asset Management or Wealth Management industry knowledge is a strong plus .

Ability to query and validate data using SQL or similar tools is a plus.

Comfortable working with Agile teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
