Responsible for analyzing workflows, supporting technology assessments, and translating business needs into clear product artifacts thatenable informed decision-making and effective delivery.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the defining and executing of the product roadmap for digital transformations across the enterprise.

Assist in researching the industry as well as competitors to ultimately enhance the firm’s digital platforms, documenting current-state

functionality, technical constraints, dependencies, and usage patterns.

Gather, analyze, and synthesize data related to system performance, operational metrics, and user behavior to inform product decisions.

Maintain detailed product documentation, including process flows, feature inventories, and system capability maps.

Support backlog grooming activities by refining stories, validating requirements, and ensuring readiness for development teams.

Partner with subject matter experts across technology, business, and operations teams to gather and clarify requirements.

Observe users to understand real-world system usage and identify incremental improvement opportunities.

Track and report on product delivery progress, risks, and dependencies.

Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures.

Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, information technology, or related field.

Three (3) years’ experience product or business analyst or similar supporting technology products and digital transformation initiatives.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex processes and systems into clear, actionable insights.

Experience documenting and creating a roadmap for existing and future products.

Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.

Ability to work independently in a focused, execution-oriented role while collaborating closely with other stakeholders.

Experience performing analysis of service platforms and modernization initiatives.
