About the Team

Our team manages the full source-to-pay process for the IT, Security, and House of Brands IT organizations. While our primary partners are internal IT and Security leaders, our work spans across Legal, Finance, Procurement, and external suppliers, ensuring seamless coordination throughout the purchasing lifecycle.

We support stakeholders by identifying, onboarding, and managing vendor relationships to drive maximum value. We also work closely with Finance and Accounting to ensure that all spending is accurately forecasted and tracked, and we partner with Legal Counsel to review contracts, ensure compliance, and minimize risk. From initial requisition to purchase order and payment, we oversee each step of the procurement process to ensure timely and accurate execution.

About the Role

As an IT Procurement Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting IT procurement operations — managing purchasing workflows, coordinating vendors, and maintaining IT asset and contract records. This role combines administrative precision with cross-functional collaboration to help IT teams operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Vendor and Contract Support: Assist with vendor onboarding and offboarding (5%), submit and track contract review requests (25%), and support renewals and compliance tracking.

  • Purchasing and Financial Management: Create and monitor purchase requisitions (25%), manage invoices and payments (10%), and maintain accurate procurement records across systems such as Workday and Coupa.

  • Asset and Inventory Management: Track and order IT equipment and work-from-home gear (15%), manage software inventories and recurring purchases (15%), and coordinate end-of-life (EOL) asset disposal.

  • Data and Reporting: Help build and maintain a centralized contracts database (5%) containing key renewal and executive-level information.

  • Operational Support: Partner with IT and Security leadership to monitor vendor performance, maintain scorecards, and coordinate quarterly business reviews.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and track IT hardware, software, and service purchases, ensuring timely order placement and delivery.

  • Manage POs, invoices, and contracts within procurement systems.

  • Support IT inventory tracking, equipment tagging, and lifecycle management.

  • Monitor and assist with software license renewals and audits.

  • Maintain compliance and accuracy in procurement documentation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve procurement and vendor-related issues.

Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 1–5 years of experience in IT procurement, finance, or operational administration.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with experience managing POs, contracts, and invoices.

  • Understanding of basic IT asset management and procurement processes.

  • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Workday, Coupa, or similar.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across IT, Security, Legal, and Finance.

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on teamwork and accuracy.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Degree or certification in accounting, finance, information systems, or related fields.

  • Experience negotiating vendor contracts or renewals.

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace, Slack, and IT productivity tools.

  • Experience managing software license renewals and external vendor relationships.
