David Morgan, CEO
David leads the development of Talution Group’s long- and short-term strategies to deliver value to clients by providing exceptional talent acquisition and IT staffing services. He leads the overall operations, resources, and performance of the company while driving growth and the delivery of unmatched service to our clients and candidates.
David graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in English from Merrimack College.
Ryan Pollock, CRO
Ryan Pollock is a founder and CRO at Talution Group and has 20 years of experience working with clients in consulting, emerging technology, startups, trading firms and hedge funds. Ryan is the central catalyst for Talution Group’s growth, developing business opportunities for IT solutions and staffing offerings. He is continually recognized by both his clients and candidates as a dedicated professional with a level of persistence unmatched even in the highly competitive IT search arena.
Ryan is a founder of T4Youth, an annual charity table tennis tournament that raises money for the Chicago Tech Academy where he serves on the board. He is a graduate of the Janice Levin School of Business at Rutgers University and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Kevin Krumm, COO
Kevin Krumm, a founder and the COO of Talution Group, is responsible for driving growth by employing innovation and creativity to deliver value to clients and candidates alike.
Kevin’s experience includes working with clients in technology-driven start-ups, financial markets, principal trading firms, consulting, and software development. His passion lies in identifying talented people capable of disrupting industries by leveraging technology and creativity and connecting them with the opportunity to do so.
Kevin graduated from Rutgers University in New Jersey with a bachelor of arts degree in Economics.
Kelly Hallgren, Practice Lead
Kelly Hallgren is a Practice Lead with Talution Group and has 12 years of HR experience, with 10 years of that experience in the staffing and recruiting industries. Kelly has been with Talution Group since its start in 2009 and before that was with Talution’s sister company, Objective Paradigm, since 2006. She is responsible for managing relationships with technology professionals placed with emerging companies in technology and financial markets, as well as multinational Fortune 50 companies. Kelly fosters new partnerships to ensure company growth while also managing current client relationships. She has expert insight into the competitive landscape for talent and skills in a variety of industries, as well as for the methods and processes firms use to attract and hire people with those talents and skills.
She is a graduate of Western Illinois University and holds a BA in merchandising and minor in business management.
Ben Solomon, Director of Research
Ben Solomon is the director of research and has seven years of experience in recruiting and staffing. He is responsible for building out the pipeline of Talution Group’s talent and is charged with the development of sourcing practices. He also oversees Talution Group’s research initiatives to get a thorough understanding of the recruiting and technology landscape. With cutting-edge technology, Ben and his team respond to client needs by seeking out hard-to-reach talent.
He is a graduate of Northwestern University and holds a BA in history.
Dayna Stoller, Chief of Staff
Dayna Stoller is the Chief of Staff for Talution Group.
