Position Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for general activities around sourcing, recruiting, business development and client communication while working with senior leadership
• Work independently and multi-task as the day to day responsibilities will change frequently
• Manage priorities and time relative to all tasks, from sourcing and database entry to recruiting, proposal writing and client communication
• Have a firm grasp on the high-level objectives and goals of each task and take necessary steps to complete them
• Be responsive to changing requirements and responsibilities while maintaining drive and persistence up at all times
• Have a short memory and resilient motor
